If your company already has an account, you can simply log-in using your work email address and follow the onboarding process which will take less than 3 minutes.

Blinktime is a webapp so there is no need to download anything to get started. The webapp is compatible with most modern web browsers and is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices for your convenience. 

To signup you’ll need to sign in to either your Google or Microsoft workspace account, we’ll also need permissions on your associated work calendar to read and create events. We support linking of your personal Google or Microsoft calendars, so you can have your flexitime events created there too without having to input activities into multiple calendars!

Data security is paramount for Blinktime, we are committed to going above and beyond legal requirements to meet best-practice across industry. We have information security and quality management certifications with ISO 27001:2022 and 9001:2015, CREST approved penetration testing, regular third party vulnerability scanning and static-code testing. We maintain compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and are registered with the ICO.

At Blinktime we believe that for companies to best support employees they need to understand them. When it comes to flexible working, companies have little to no data to support decision making. They don’t know, for example, how many of their workforce have childcare duties during the summer, or whether the Marketing team has different needs to the Finance team. We want to help bridge this gap, so we provide aggregated and anonymised data back to your company to help them make better decisions for you.

Blinktime does not share identifiable data about the flexitime events you create with anyone, including your company, without your express permission. We believe strongly that people have different needs for flexitime and that no activity should carry stigma. That’s why we’ll never share the details of your activities in an identifiable way.

• Your event details are anonymous. Nothing about event types is identifiable.
• Your event details are aggregated. We do not show individual data without your permission, only aggregated data of  groups with more than 5 members.
• We prioritise privacy. We go beyond legal compliance and design our technology to prioritise confidentiality and data privacy.

If you choose to join a team within the Blinktime app, the only data that your team owner will see is the amount of Blinktime you have used. Never the activity or details of the event.

For the 'where' feature, companies can see how many days individuals have booked into certain offices over different time periods.

Absolutely! We’ve built integrations with Outlook, Teams, Google calendar and Slack so that you can create Blinktime events from wherever is most convenient for you.

To connect to our Slack app, click "Connect Slack Workspace" on this screen (or navigate within the Blinktime app > Settings > "My Calendars" > "Connect Slack Workspace".

Once you’ve done this you can use Blinktime directly in Slack using the Blinktime bot or the command /blinktime, and your Slack status will automatically update to show others when you’re Blinktiming!

Of course you can! Create Blinktime events directly from your Outlook calendar by installing the Microsoft Blinktime App from Microsoft's Appsource site here or through the App store through your Teams, Outlook or O365 Apps. Once this is installed you can create and manage Blinktime events directly in those apps for a seamless experience.

Of course you can! Use Blinktime directly in your Google calendar by installing the Blinktime extension from the Google Web Store. Once this is installed you can use Blinktime by clicking on the Blinktime widget that will appear over your Google Calendar in the bottom right corner.
